About the Position:
- Works closely with brokers and clients to assist in providing a line of communication with the carriers to solve complex issues.
- Responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, providing customer service and monitoring competition.
- Assists clients and brokers in navigating insurance policies and regulations to ensure proper protocol is followed.
- Continuously meet the needs of clients through the analysis of their current health platform, and by providing recommendations on solutions that would best meet their needs.
- Analyze complex claims issues to ensure all information is accurate in order to best represent the client and their employees.
- Maintains detailed records of the policies sold and customer details.
- Assesses the needs of clients to ensure they are in compliance with state laws.
